Seed to Supper is presented by Ideas for Cooking and Nutrition (ICAN), New Mexico State University (NMSU) Cooperative Extension Service, New Mexico Master Gardeners, and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). ICAN Seed to Supper is intended for the use of New Mexico residents, covering NM-specific soil conditions, weather patterns, and pests.
